📍 Career guidance and exchange of experience in production

We are happy to share some good news — teachers from the Department of Management at Uman National University of Horticulture visited the Tevitta brand’s Avuar factory in Shpola.

👩‍🏫 The visit was initiated by the head of the department, Natalia Verniuk, as part of the practical training of teachers and familiarisation with real cases of modern agro-industrial enterprise management.

🔍 The guests saw the entire production cycle — from raw material reception to deep shock freezing, storage, packaging, and logistics. Special attention was paid to:
▪️ automated quality control systems
▪️ digital solutions for the cold chain
▪️ technologies that preserve the benefits of products without preservatives
▪️ implementation of HACCP, ISO and elements of LEAN management
