By submitting information through feedback forms or by checking the appropriate box on the registration page of the website https://tevitta.com/, the User grants LLC “Tevitta Trading” (hereinafter referred to as the Owner) unconditional consent to the collection and processing of their personal data.

• Access their personal data and receive a response regarding its processing no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request;
• Submit a reasoned demand to object to the processing, modification, or destruction of their personal data;
• Be protected from unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, as well as from automated decisions that have legal consequences;
• File complaints regarding the processing of personal data with the Authorized Body or the court;
• Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.

Additional Rights under International Legislation:

• EU (GDPR) & India (DPDPA): The right to data portability (receiving a copy in a machine-readable format), the “right to be forgotten,” and the right to contact a Grievance Officer (for India).
• USA (CCPA) & Canada (PIPEDA): The right to request disclosure of data categories collected, the right to opt-out of the sale/sharing of data (“Do Not Sell or Share My Info”), and the right to non-discrimination.
• Israel (PPL): The right to review and amend data in a registered database.

5. DATA PROTECTION AND TRANSFER

The Owner takes all measures required by law to protect the User’s personal data. Processing is carried out on equipment located in secure premises with restricted access.

The database Owner does not inform the data subject about the transfer of their personal data in cases provided for by the Law of Ukraine. The User agrees to the possibility of data transfer to third parties (e.g., delivery services or payment systems) to fulfill the stated purposes at the Owner’s discretion. 6. VALIDITY PERIOD AND AMENDMENTS TO THE POLICY

This agreement is valid indefinitely until the date of its withdrawal by the User by sending a written notice in free form to the address of LLC “Tevitta Trading”. LLC “Tevitta Trading” reserves the right to make changes to this provision at any time. After making changes, such changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website https://tevitta.com/.
